I am just trying to figure out what goes wrong with the BKO. It looks like a good marker, but I've read about some pretty major problems. I've talked to one guy who said they never chop, and some guys that say all they do is chop and now they wanna get a new marker.
Why do these problems occur? Are they easily fixed? From an upgrade point of view, what would you get too fix the problem?
Like I have said before, I own a mag and like it, but am looking for something different..
Thanks for opinions and help..

Well most problems with the gun I believe happens becuase the user does not know how to correctly set everything up. As for chops, most of the time it is because of blowback and with blowback, paint will start to chop with longer strings of paint. You can get the Vapor Bolt to end blowback. My stock bolt has no blowback though. Also, the older models like mine seem to have a week ball detent that lets smaller paint roll right past. That will result in some breaks. You can get new ball detents but I don't think the newer ones need one. I strongly suggest you try the BKO because it'll perform better than any other gun in its price range.

I know I would take care of it properly..
How does it compare with a impy? I don't have the money, nor do I wanna spend that much doe, but with a few upgrades, will it perform like one?
At this point I am considering keeping my mag and upgarding some. Buying a stock cocker and upgrading some. Or buying a BKO and upgrading.
With proper TLC (tender loving care :] ) which will be best for me. I do not plan on tournies, but if I end up in one, will I be ok?
Thanks

I am just worried about buying a poorly made marker. Never held a bushy or any ICD product. My mag is a rock and wouldn't break if you payed it :]
And with the mag, I am part of the AO group. Tons and tons of people own a mag, so I'm never in the dark. BKO owners group just doesnt look like it has alot of peeps there. Is that cause its real new?
I just wanna like the BKO if I get it, and not end up ditching it for mag.. lol

I think most of the problems had with bk0's is from the older ones, the new ones are good for high output preset tanks and are a lot better made. New type of ball detent and a new grip frame. Why wouldn't you want to buy one
