I have the exact same harness with 4 pods included. Bought last year, used about 10 times. Still in mint condition, buckle works, velcro straps still in excellent shape. There is a paint stain on the right side, no biggy though.
Retails at $50, if you're intrested in it tell me, I'll make a deal.

I honestly don't know how much it would cost, sorry. When I shipped Hadoken my X-chamber, it costed around $6. I'd more prefer $35 + shipping.

If you can, pay your parents $45 and tell them to write me a cheque, it's alot safer that way. But I don't mind $45 in cash, sent in an envelope, just make sure to put it between something like a card (just find an old b-day card around the house).
