Here is what I'm planning on for prices tell me if they're to low (yeah right) or to high. Let me know of anything else you think of.

Field Fee: $5
Field Fee plus CO2 for the day:$10
Rental (includes gun, mask, tank, field fee and co2 for the day): $15
200 paintballs: $8
400 paintballs: $15
1000 paintballs: $35
A case: $65
This is not a field paint only field
CO2: $2 for any size up to 14oz $3 for 16oz and up
Nitro/HPA: $1 pr 1000psi

For prize nights.

$15 field fee
$25 for rental
same for paint and co2 except on prize nights its Field Paint Only

I will give away gear and guns (such as spyders and tippmans) or other equipment on these nights, to the winners of specielly designated prize games, and to kids with good sportsmanship.

Let me know what you think

Dude, if I live anywhere near you I would play at your field! Those are really good prices. My field charges $10 fields fee, $5 for any size CO2 (don't know about air), $30 for rental (gun, mask, 100 rnd of paint, and free CO2). Paint is about the same price.

I like the thing about good sportsmanship. If you can get press on about how you emphasize sports manship, your field will grow real fast. It would also be good for the sport of paintball.

this is what it is like at my local field and they get 25 to 50 people a day...and what are the hours cause i want to go no matter where your field is!!!

Field Fee: $10
Rental (includes gun, mask, tank, and co2 for the day): $15

i dont remember the paint cost but it is more than your chargin for your paint and it is proball and team colors!!!

Field paint only
CO2: $1 9oz $1.50 14oz $2.50 20oz
Nitro/HPA: $1 pr 1000psi

and 1 thing you should do is sell memberships for $60-$80 and you dont have to pay field fee and paint is 10% off...and you should have the members only pay half for the prize days cause without that membership i would only come half as often!!! Just thougth this would help...and where is your field going to be!!!!

A membership is a good idea. Field paint only is a good idea because it will keep people from doing crazy things to their paint. If you do that, lower your paint prices a little.

Those are good prices for the people playing there, but I don't know that you're going to make any money... Field fee is enough to cover insurance maybe (you will be insured, I trust), Paint prices will make you a small profit (although my local field has similar prices, and is not field paint only, but everyone buys their paint anyway because of good prices). If you're going to have prices like that you're going to NEED to have a rather large group of people that are regulars. If you get that, then if I were you I would open up a store at your field (not with a lot of stuff in stock, but just so you can order what people ask for). The guy who owns my local field, Dave (The Paintball Zone, Waterford CA - really nice guy) has a really sweet setup. He has a lot of regular players (150+ people showed up for the anniversary game) and he has everything priced LOW.
Field fee - $10
Paint - 60-65 for Powerball and Anarchy
CO2 - anywhere from $2-4
Air - 3k is $6 all day, 4.5k is $8
Rentals are $15
But that's not where his LOW prices are, I just found out recently that he runs a store there too. He sold me a 12 volt Rev for $47 (did you know when a dealer buys 9 and 12 volts they pay the same price for both of them?? Dave just buys the 12's and sells them for the 9v price.), and my friend got a seven inch dropforward for $20. I was asking him his prices for other stuff, and they were d@mn low too. $700 Timmy rings a bell (online can be found cheaper, but no service), and $130 for steel 68ci nitro... Anyway, if you can get a bunch of people playing at your field, I would go for something like that.

those prices are very reasonable.....don't put them so low that you screw yourself over though.......

i say raise the filed fee to 10, and for those prices on paint make it FPO, but always, keep your week job

one outdoor field i go to the fee is $15, the other field, Naughty Dogs home field (albany outdoor) iw a 22$ field fee and paint is FPO for like 80$ a case there. the one i normally go to (the one for 15$) is BYOP and air is $FREE.99

orryn

Don't do FPO. I hate stuff like that. BYOP if you have your own stuff, FPO if you are renting.

Yeah as long as you keep your prices down people will buy your paint anyway, and BYOP just makes it more attractive. FPO for rentals though.
