They use more. Lower pressure, more volume.

not always, it depends on the design, the flow, the valve open time and the bolt, also the barrel.

I ask the question because I am debating whether to get a 68/3000 or a 68/4500 tank for an impy I'm planning on getting, once I sell my drum set.

if you're gonna get nitro then don't get the impulse, get a bushmaster

i like the impulse on c02 and the max flow 68/4500psi but who can afford a 300$ tank

It works well on co2. I'd reccomend buying the imp, revvy if you don't have it and using co2 for awhile. If it works well then you'll of saved yourself $200.

Yea, i was thinking about that too. I figure though, my current gun, which I would sell would just about cover the cost of nitro.

Correct me if im wrong, but you might need to get a Anti Syphon Co2 Tank for the impulse.

The impulse gets about stock cocker effeciency, or about 900 shots off a 68/3k tank.

no, just the tank. If I got an impulse it would have a max flow reg on it for the tank to screw into. Basically would be the same thing as a max flow 68/4500 setup.

Stil not a good idea, it's better to go bushy if you have nitro

I don't want to spend that much. I'm looking at the $400-450 range. Plus I really don't like the way it looks.
