Well I'm posting this for my cousin because he bought an M3 Black Dragun LCD and it did not work when he got it. He sent the gun to M3 along with the warranty card, and he received the gun 3-4 weeks later, but it still DID NOT work. I don't see why M3 would do that. So anybody got an idea on what he could do?

Or he could tell us whats wrong......cause like 95% of the time we can talk people through what is wrong.

Well here's what happened....

My cousin gets the gun, and he puts a battery in it. Tries to turn it on... The LCD comes on for like 2 sec, then turns off. Pulls the trigger but doesn't shoot. Then when he tries to take off the battery to try a different one, he finds out the battery is really hot. We take it off with a towel, and leave the gun alone for a while. We later try multiple batteries, but now it doesn't turn on at all. Thats about it. It won't even turn on anymore...

Call M3 and find out what was replaced. It sounds like you have a bad board or a loose connection. Make sure the wires are not getting pinched when the cover is tightened.

The wires probably aren't pinched because we tried turning the gun on without putting the cover on too. But I'll tell him to give them a call. Thanks to everybody for the help.

If they were pinched once youre screwed though. And its probably touching wares or bad connection. But youre boards deffinaitly fired.

If the battery got hot then it has to be a short somewhere in the board. Maybe the battery wire isn't connected to the board but is just going straight through back to the battery making the short.
