Pintballgear.com=BAD

I ordered 2000 rounds of RPS BigBall from Paintballgear.com no less than TWO WEEKS AGO and still has not arrived. When I called the store earlier today, I was shocked to find that the oreder had not been PROCESSED yet and wouldn't even leave the warehouse until AFTER CHRISTMAS. This is not the first problem I've had w/ pbgear.com either, I ordered a JT Flex 7 2 mopnths ago, and was billed twice for it. Clearly, I will not be shopping at pbgear.com anymore, and neither should you.

I apologize to any who have had quick and reliable service from pbgear.com for this rant, but I really don't care.

i don't think they are the best but personaly i have not had any problem ordering from them... i have ordered 3 things now and they all showed up within 3 days with ups ground.

When I ordered my Mag from Paintball Gear in took them 4 weeks just to process the order. I called and asked for the tracking # and the one that they gave me was 6 digits I refused the package when it finnally arrived and ordered from 888-paintball they rules I have never gotten a package late from them>

Id go with shop4paintball.com, its definately got the best prices and it ships fast, i got mine in 4 days from across the us with absolutely no complications

Paintball Discounters? Sure, they're fine, just dont order it off the net. Call them instead. I have ordered from them twice. Both times I had to call and replace my order because they never got it.

The best place I have ever come across is County Paintball at http://www.countypaintball.com . They by far have the best customer services, and I have never had or heard anything bad about them.

I've ordered all my stuff from Big Boys Toys in Calif. They are great. Super service, everyone on staff is a paintballer, team member, etc. They don't put you on hold to find someone who might be able to answer your questions, or BS you when they don't know the answer. They've always shipped my orders promptly, even the regular ground UPS orders which don't normally get any priority at other companies. They're prices are exremely competitive and they have even matched their competitors prices when lower. I strongly suggest you give these guys a call.

I ordered my gun from BBT with a 9volt revvy, and they were out of stock, so they sent me a 12v revvy instead.. I also got my stuff in 3 days! I ordered "slam balls" from shop4paintball.com about 2 weeks ago, and just got them today.. I'm ordering everything else from bbt!!
