Different springs. Voila. Lower pressure.

(Springs needed: Regulator--possibly, main, and valve. Maybe even trigger springs to make it all nice N' stuff.)

Buy a new valve with springs. A tornado valve gets your gun lp and efficient at the same time; however, it's expensive. Also you will end up maxing out your gun trying to get rid of all the part that constrict the flow. Eventually you will end up with all high flow parts:|

Replacing your valve and main spring will lower the pressure. If you want to lower it way down then get a valve too.
