Hi I was wondering if anyone knew how to take apart the Fireing piston in a BKO. Does it unscrew? I think I need to change an oring or put some kind of lube on it to make it slide properly. If anyone has instructions to take it apart please tell me where. Thanks for your help

are you doing this??
Anyway, if you have your solenoid removed from the RAM assembly (2 small phillips screws and rubber seal off) You will see a small allen set screw. Unscrew this a couple of turns.
Unscrew the silver nut with your hands. Pull out the RAM hammer assembly.

If you need pics of this process or for a complete BKO teardown pic, email me and I will post them here!!

I had no idea there was a set screw on the bottom. I couldnt find any instruction on how to take it apart and it didnt say how to in the manuel. Thanks for your help you probably saved me from getting ripped off at my local paintball shop. They will charge people like $20 to change an Oring.

that the norm in paintball stores
For easy instalation back, put a SMALL dab od silicone grease on the ram cylinder (not the ram shaft!!) so that the O ring could "slide" more easily. It helps to seal a bit better too!!.
