Just getting started, and... I have questions.

Well, for a marker, I'm thinking I'll start off with the Spyder E-99. Other than that... I dunno.

Hopper? Loader? I know what they are, basically, but, uh... they come with the marker itself, right? Or do I need to get em seperately? What DO I need to get seperately? (Besides a CO2 Tank, got that covered) *Scratches head*

What exactly needs to be done for maintenance on something like the E-99? What barrel/loader/tank is best for that kind've gun? I've no idea.

And ofcourse... anything else.

Thanks! :D

well, the cheapest hopper/loader (will be called loader from here out, because hopper sounds dumb) is a vl200, holds 200 rounds, feeds maybe 5 bps (balls per second) you COULD get this, but you would chop like hell. i would suggest at the very least a 12vt revi by viewloader. maintenence. well, basically shooting oil through the gun, not much more, cleaning broken paint of course, do you have a locxal shop? they could tell you what needs to be done.. and co2 will work fine, and yes, needs to be purchased with the gun. if you want to upgrade the barrel, i would get a smart parts pregressive, or a custom products one piece. both quality name barrels, and very good.

What you'll need,

1. Mask
2. Marker
3. Hopper
4. Tank
5. Oil
6. Squeegee

A barrel plug should come with the E-99.

Edited In:
Barrel- J&J Pro 1, Smart Parts AA (ust be sure to match it to the paint you shoot the most).
Tank- 12oz or 20oz
Hopper- EVolution (egg) II or 12V revy
Oil- Gold cup
Squeegee- Viewloader jerk squeegee (old faithful)
Mask- JT Flex or Vforce Shield

If you get the e-99 the only things you need to play is a hopper, co2 bottle, mask and paint.
First, since you have the marker and co2 covered I wont bother going there.
Second is the hopper. No it does not come with the marker. I would recommend either a 12volt Revy w/ x-board or a Ricochet AK. There are varied opinions of the two. Both will get the job done for you but I prefer the Ricochet. Better quality IMO.
Third is the mask. I'm assuming you have that covered too. If not I recommend the V-force shield. Very good mask for low amount of cash.
I don't need to explain paint right? J/K. :D

After the fact there are bunches of upgrades you can do to the marker. Regulators, nitro/HPA, barrels,......on and on. Honestly nothing to worry about at the moment. Let's get you playing first.
The only other things that I can think of that you might need/want would be pods and a harness (the tube thingies that we use to carry paint around and the pack that carries them.) There are tons of different types. Maybe gloves. Those are just that and personal preference.

As far as maintenance, refer to your manual that comes with the marker for details or the Kingman forum here. Basically, clean it after you play and get all the paint off. You'll have to take some stuff apart to get to so you can oil the orings and such. It's not as hard or intimidating as it seems. So don't panic. There really aren't that many parts and they're easy to care for.
Well I hope this helps in getting you started. Welcome to paintball and the forums. Any questions just ask (even if you think it's a dumb question) and we'll help. :D Look around the forums and I think you'll prety much get every question you have answered.

What kind of budget are you on? How much money can you spend?
