How do i remove my valve??

I have searched the FAQ over and i do not have my manual... i need someone to tell me how to remove the valve.. THANK YOU

Unscrew the hammer cap and pull out the hammer assembly.
Remove the front cap and spring.
Push the valve stem out the front using a pencil.
Take off the tray (grip will go with it).
Remove the valve body screw.
Push the valve body out the *BACK* of the gun using a pencil.

If you push the valve body out the front you will slice your o-rings. When you reinstall the valve body, push it in from the back of the gun or you will slice your o-rings.
