bunkering, need help?

does bunkering happen in 3man young guns alot? how do i no when to bunker? how far should his bunker be from mine? should i run over or around? should i run back to my bunker afterwards? or stay in his

It happens whenever you need to get somebody out of a bunker. Usually you wanna do it when your up on numbers or have an advantage(like getting in a bunker and they didn't know you moved). Usually you wanna bunker when they are pinned down and you are close to them. You can go over the top or you can do a run by on him. It really depends if your running down the tapeline or in the middle of the field. Just make sure that when you go to bunker him, his cover man doesn't have a shot on you or isn't even there. Also make sure you have a cover man to keep down his cover man and the guy your bunkering. And make sure you keep your gun up all the time just in case he pops out of his bunker. And finally hide behind the bunker you just took him out of. That way you don't lose the ground you gained by bunkering him.

Also have 2 guys on defense when you do it so most of the players are down because your team is being bunkerd and never go around the bunker always go over the top they never shoot over the top as offten and won't expect it.:)

he asked about 3 man. not 5. it only happens when teams r up on players or ive really only see it happe when a team is up on players. although i sw it happen once cause a team had a key bunker on the feild and a guy bunkered him to get it.

Bunkering is the art of taking out a bunker and the people in it. Everyone has their own theory and not all suggestions will work in all scenarios. If you find a method that works stick with it. One method that seems to work in most situations is the ABC method:

You are in a bunker at point "you" and want to take out enemy X in a bunker about 50 feet away. The best method is to look around for cover past his bunker. You find point C. Go to point A fire off some shots to keep him busy in the direction of the blue line. Quickly move to B and fire more shots to keep him down. As soon as he ducks, run toward the cover C along the red line. You have two choices, either fire before you get there, or after you have a clear shot. If you don't kill him, take cover and get ready to try another plan. Remember there may be more than one in the bunker.

It also usally woks good when The other person doesn't relize your there because he is shooting at some one else that is a good time to run when the guy your bunkering is shooting out the side and you run up to the frot before he knows it.

if you see him at one side of a bunker and hes shooting at your teamate, he probably wont see you if you come up on the other side. try to shoot him in the pack or make him call out, or if you dont like him shoot him in the nuts!

Also i imagen lots of young guns are scared to run out in an open area but the other players wont exspect it so it will surprise them tell me how it works out!

I sometimes bunker, When its a player that play alot, i will bunker him because he know what bunkering is...
but when its a newbie, I dont, I ran up to them put My gun into is face and scream your dead!!!

One way or another everybody will be bunkered in paintball either in rec play or tourny play so don't worry it will happen no matter what you do. What would really suck is if you went up to bunker someone with a cocker and you heard CHOP!!! Boy would that suck.

what do u mean by chop? a chopped ball? b/c a cocker should be able to still shoot somebody in the harness or wherever u want from about 10 yards, same with just about any gun.

Find a blind alley or use bunkers as visual blocks and you can just "walk" on someone.
