I was wondering if anyone knows of any dangers of breathing in CO2. I fill CO2 tanks, and as I'm unscrewing the tanks, I frequently catch a strong wiff of CO2. I searched on google, and most sites said that there were dangers from breathing in too much CO2, but they didn't say if the symptoms (headaches, lack of concentration, etc.) would last after you were no longer breathing it in.

no... no danger... unless your breathing it in for a period of time...

we exhale co2... so it doesn't hurt our body...
the only way it would be dangerous would be if you were breathing so much of it your lungs couldn't pull enough o2 out of the air and you'd die from oxygen deprivation...

The only danger with CO2 is if thats the only thing to breathe. Its harmless otherwise.

Of course, inhaling CO2 at the temperatures that they're stored at in the bottles we use can be rather deadly. :P
