Bob Long Warranty?

What exactly is the warranty that Bob Long gives with his guns? Is it lifetime or something? Im wondering cause my bro is thinking about buying a Bob Long Defiant and we're trying to find out if a one year old gun will still have the warranty.

Also does a 1 year old Defiant have the new side battery tray?

The intimidator pretty much has a lifetime warranty, though I'm not sure if you send your defiant to Bob LOng or ICD, I believe it's supposed to be sent to ICD since they actually make them. Their customer support is also exceptional

You wanna talk about exceptional service, talk about Bob Long. Sometimes when you call them up you'll actually get Bob himself! He'll chat it up with you or whatever! He's great.

It's pretty much "Whatever is wrong with your gun send it in and I'll fix it" warranty. I've known people who've bought used intimidators that werent looked after and gotten blown solenoids with it. Knowing full well it was bought used, Bob replaced the solenoid free of charge. He sent a friend of mine a new reg assembly after he'd also bought his used and busted.
