your middle finger has too move a bit faster then ur index finger as it has to move further. either then that i do a 1,2,3,4 beat pattern and it helps a bit.

Take a pen, like a bic pen one of those cheap ones, bend it in half so it has a lot of tension in it, and then try and pull it like its a trigger with one finger, it gives your fingers a good work out, remember to alternate fingers every few minutes. This is what I do in school when im bored and feel like getting at walking or pulling the trigger in general.
get a rubber band and put it around your 2 fingers then do the trigger walking motion it strengthens and speeds them up

Keep in on a tight leash!
Scoop up it's crap!
Don't let it hump anybody's leg while you are walking it!
 J/K
What type of marker are you trying to walk? Is it a setup that is easy to walk? How much travel is in the trigger? What type of trigger do you have: two finger or blade?

get a pen or somthing and hold it parallel to a desk loosely. then w/the other hand, tap it like you are walking it.

i find it that i get a higher bps when i use the tips of my fingers. also, figure out which of ur finger is weaker (index for me) and do like 2 or 3 with ur good finger, and then the 4th pull with ur other finger, and keep a pattern with it.
also remember, if u r practicing in ur house, and u have on on/off valve, screw in ur tank with the valve off and practice walking with ur tank on (and even ur hopper too) cuz if u practice without them, u'll probably hold ur gun closer to ur body than ur tank will allow, so when u actually go play, ur gun will be farther away and it might throw ur firing rythm/pattern off.

I have a BD e2... Setup... pretty much stock so far except for: 20oz co2, 14" Teardrop, revvy x-board (in mail) and CiP Stick Trigger....
It used to have a little bit of slack in it (just preference) but now i wanna give walking a try so im tightening it up as much as i can...
Umm... 1,2,3,4 rhythm?
Umm... i dont too into classical piano... but yea i could see how it would help with walking..
umm... yea...

like instead of just not thinking about it try and keep 1,2,3,4 in ur head as you shoot, It just keeps me going steady so i dont screw up

Practice!! While you're sitting there watching TV or something just tap away. Just start nice and slow until you get use to the "rhythm" of it. Progressively work to get faster and faster. The 1,2,3,4 will help. I do that too. Just keep that going in your head. Every time tapping the trigger. Speed up the count as you can. Do things that will exercise your fingers. I play my guitar. :D (better then classical piano IMO. Piano = to me.) The key is practice. The more you do it the better you'll get. Don't expect to shoot 20+ right away. It will take some time to get there.

ok, the trigger is now tight as hell... i tried doin it without it gassed just to see and it seems as though it would only shoot when my middle finger hits the trigger (and yes i am hitting the trigger hard enough...)
When i do it, i start with my middle finger at the bottom of the trigger and my index right over the button behind the trigger.. Is there a specific way i should have my fingers?

i got to a point that in my studyhall in school (im at a computer) if you like fill the log in box with letters it'll eventually stop and the computer will make a tick noise. so i would do like 1 and 2 on the number pad and it would sound like i was shooting full auto. worked yesterday.. guess the librarian got pissed or something... theres no sound today. :/
