what kind of stores will fill co2 tanks?

My Big 5 wont. So ya, mainly people fill at their fields or paintball shop.

if you're lucky enough to know some firemen or volunteer firemen then have them do it, since they fill fire extinguishers with the stuff. just keep it hush hush.

Not all fire extinguishers use CO2. Some use a chemical extinguisher (the white powder).
