Have you guys seen the Unique 8+1 harness thats carrying 1200 rounds on your back if you are using 150 podz. That would be great for a long scenario game.

8+1 is big... try the super support 3+5 (elastic loops), holds up to 8... and you will be less of a target. or the 4+7, 5+9.... unique makes some of craziest ball carrying harnesses around....

Any harness that big, if you were carrying a full load of tubes would guarantee that pretty well any shot to the lower back would be a break...

I'd rather carry a tactical webbing / suspender style.. Not to look more military or anything but I still sometimes fumble around with tubes when they are mounted on my back.. Between the velcro or trying to put empty tubes back somehow I always manage to delay myself, drop a pod, or even once pull the tube lid off and lose 100 balls...

Its nice to just grab a tube from the front near your waist or something.. Pull, dump, and put the pod back no fumble..

i laid down on my back the first day i was using my harness and the tops popped open on 3 out of 4 tubes spilling 300 rds. . . it sucked

The biggest I've ever heard of is 16 + 1 but I could only see it serving a purpose in a final battle of a scenario or big game and even then you'd be carrying enough paint for others around you

Thats 2400 rounds. That is just A LOT of paint to carry on your back. I would not want to get pinned down by that person.

check out world cup 2000, or any of the traumahead videos... those tourny players, carry way too much paint, even the front guys carry way too much paint... of course their games only last 5 min... but that's just way too much paint to carry.

to have a harness on the side... is stupid... it may be good for scenario... but its really useless when playing any concept "speedball" type field... you want to have enough paint either in vertical or horizontal fashion that doesn't bulge from the sides, you want to make yourself as small of a target as possible... even in scenario... a harness on the back is way more efficient than a harness on the side. 3+, is 3 vertical - 1 horizontal top with velcro straps, 4 elastic loops vertical or 2 elastic loops vertical and horizontal... unique can custom make any harness in any style. I see way more rec players use these types of harnesses than any on the side.
