Oh my, you have much to learn
Let's start at the beginning
I am guessing your marker is stock
First off a gun sight wont even work on your marker because the Flash is straight feed. The only sight that would work is that Dye Izon sight which is like 60 bucks and not worth it at all. Sights don't work in paintball, they dont shoot far or consistent enough
There are two upgrades that you need to do first.
First, Get a motorized hopper. The Flash can shoot 13bps, so what happens when you gravity loader feeds on 5? You chop. A motorized hopper will fix this. Check out the Ricochet or Reloader hoppers, both go for around 50 bucks. If you have the extra cash, spring for the EggyII, it will run you 75
The other upgrade you will need is a new barrel. The stock one sucks. A Cp one peice is an amazing barrel for it's price. It will cost you only 40 bucks. It it will make your gun so much more consistent.
As for the other stuff, bolt, nitro, and drop forward. Those are all great upgrades, but first get that barrel and loader

I personally think the stock barrel on the Flash is fine, but if you were to replace it, also look at the 2k1 All American for $40 or so, or the DYE Xcel for $35. A better upgrade, IMO, would be a good regulator. A consistent air flow will do more for accuracy than a barrel upgrade.

I will agree that a reg is a very important upgrade, but a new barrel will really work wonders for your marker. My cousin owns a Flash and he bought a new barrel and it improved the consistency and accuracy greatly

If it helps, it helps. :) I always replace the barrel and regulator off any marker I get right off the bat, unless it's a high-end marker that already comes with a good barrel and reg.

I agree I would say the reg is the most important upgrade after the barrel and motorized hopper (if you have an electro frame)

One of the cheapest and rewarding upgrde can be a good spring set. They will allow you to tune your marker to a degree, and you will find a spring combo to fit your needs. I would look towards a cp onepiece or a j&j ceramic for a good value. There is another upgrade that can have a positive impact and that is going to a new vavle and pin set such as the 32 degrees hi flow. These are a couple less expensive things you can add to you marker to improve the performance and air economy... there are plenty of upgrades that merely take work such as polishing the internals. I would agree that a agitated hopper and barrel are the first needs in a marker upgrade, and a regulator is always a good choice. I would go with a Vigilante. You just need a focus and a destination for your marker, and upgrade accorndingly. Good Luck and Game On!!!

hmmm...but for someone kinda new, i wouldnt suggest tweakin with the springs just ye, nor the valve. thats more of a fine tuning thing or LP thing. Personaly i would go Hopper, barrel, nitro tank

it is true that they are a little more involved, and technically demanding, but they are relatively inexpensive means of improving your marker. I must concede that you should have a relative level of confidence in the construction and operation of your marker before delving into the valve section. springs can also be somewhat unnerving to the new player, but there it is somewhat easier, and less tedious. I apologize if I made it sound as though they were the first things you should dive into on your first marker.

i voted for nitro cuz that was the best choice out of the four that u had but your money could be better spent on a new barrel and a motorized hopper. u should get the hopper first cuz u will chop without it especially with ur gun
