I just saw it on the APG magazine..
It has vertical feed, a drop forward and dual sight rail (yep one on each side of the gun).

It sounds cool, does anyone know where i can look at it on the internet.

Its also got some weird looking rear cocking bolt.
But I do like the idea of a vertical feed spyder.
