does anyone know how to fix a tippman that doesnt recock

I had the same problem, braought it to the shop and they told me an O-Ring was missing. $20 for that next time ill do it myself, if i only knew then what it was.

Hammer O-ring usually. Could be a couple other things, but that seems to be the most likely one in that case.

Ah the famous Tippmann doesnt recock problem, I've had this happen to me a couple times. Well first make sure your c02 or HPA tank is full. Second open you gun up and check the hammer o-rings and make sure they're tight. When this happened to me one of the o-rings actually came off and I didnt know till the end of the day why my gun was screwed. Well anyway, if it is the o-ring, Tippmann sells o-ring seal kits, try and find one cheap on ebay.

ok when u recock the tippman you see 2 orings through the cocking window right??

i doont see 2 o-rings i see only 1 the striker o-ring, but alot of times my buffer o-ring gets loose and pops out (the black o-ring that i see no use for)

o well i thoguht there was 2 orings on the hammer so i just added on a tank oring

but still i put that oring cause i thought i would fix the recocing problem that black oring was outa place to it was inbetween the hammer and the veryback

thast where the o-ring is supposed to be between the striker and the very back (end cap)


do u use e-mail notifacation to answer back so quickly how do u know im just wonderin cuz i gotta keep checkin my mail
