Apply heat :pissed: If it is a part that can be put in water, a great way is to boil some water and stick the part in the boiling water for about one minute. This works better than anything else I have tried.

Be careful with flames, it COULD damage the anno, just use a blow dryer for a few minutes and use a good amount of force with a wrench.

Uh, no. My feedneck had red loctite. I removed it. My max flo had red loctite on fittings. I removed them. you can remove red loctite, its not real difficult.

Wierd they only rate loctite to 300* C. Based on their data sheet at 150* C it looses 50% of its strength. If you assume the rest of the graph for temperature strength is linear which the first part is at 300*C it looses all its threadlocking ability. Aluminum boils at 4442* F. Steel melts at around 2500* F. Almost every plastic will melt/decompose well before steel will even think about melting.

What part are you trying to remove? If it is a hammer from the shaft, just put the hammer in a small amount of boiling water for one minute. Then wrap a towel around the hammer, hold it with a wrench or pliers of some sort and just unscrew it using the proper allen wrench. The same will work for a feed neck. Hold the gun upside down with the feedneck sticking in boiling water for a minute or two, then wrap it with a towel or something, use a wrench and off it comes. I did this on both the hammer and feed neck on mines and it was held on with green loctite.
