What balls are the best?

What balls are the best for a lapco stainless bigshot. PLz help

Try this:
Paint/Barrel Chart (http://www.area51paintball.com/barrelchart.html)

The Lapco Stainless is a 0.689, so any medium sized paintball should work fine.

Yea I did that for somebody this week and it took less than 5 minutes. I should just copy and paste it and save it in note pad.
