Is this a good deal? I spent a long ime shopping around (4 hrs. actually) to find the lowest prices on things. I found out I can get a Spyder SE package for $299.79. It includes:
1)20 oz. tank
2)JT Spectra goggles(olive) w\ thermal lense
3)VLbow
4)Jerk squeegee w\ swab
5)9v Revvy(clear)
6)Dye sticky grip
7)Marker (DUH!)
Can somebody tell me if this is a good deal and if its not tell me where I can get it cheaper. Oh, and by the way, everything is brand new.

well
i would go with

a used automag (i can get you one for 220 with a 12" chrome CP barrel)
a 47/3k paintballgear.com tank for only 70 bucks
revolution - like 30 used
and some kinda nice mask

the SE is a ok gun but its extremely loud and isnt accurate at all

DUDE!!!! NOT EVERYONE LIKES MAGS!!!

everytime a newbie wants to know if he has a good deal you recommend a mag and then try to sell yours!

if they arew looking into a 150 dollar spyder, they are probably not interested intoa 300+ mag!!

That sounds like a fine deal strider...GOOD LUCK

well if a SE is 180 new y not spend 40 more and get my mag with a new aftermarket barrel and be able to hit the target more and have a more reliable gun

A TL+ is better than a SE. It is more accurate. And it is sort of quieter

Well, if this is true, then I can save 53 dollars(if i dont get a 9v revvy). Go to my new poll, vote and tell me what you think I should do.

the hopper attaches directly 2 the power feed so you dont really need 1 but it works a lot beter with 1

Forget all that crap. Just get a Tippmann 98 Custom, eventually upgrade it, and over time you'll have a nice gun. Maybe get a J&J Ceramic Barrel. Or a Lapco Bigshot. Rocket Cock. Rear Velocity Adjuster. Drop forward. Expansion chamber. Double Trigger. (not like i'm comparing my gun to the unbelievly god-like guns of others!!) :pissed:

You might as well go with the Shutter. It'll be either just as cheap or a little more, but you can get a Shutter for $199 on a lot of places on the web. BTW, I personally feel a 20oz is too damn big and doesn't balance right. A 16 feels pretty good, and the 12 and 14 you can brace against your shoulder like a rifle. Really, you can get a Shutter package for $254, maybe more if you want to revvy and a barrel, but the stock barrel on the Shutter is decent. Whatever you go with, good luck.
