Cocker velocity adjustment

i was wondering how you adjust the velocity on a 2k cocker. dont you unscrew the cocking rod and adjust with the allen once you get it out?

Yes you unscrew the cocking rod. Than put the 3/32 allen wrench that comes with it down into the hammer. Turn it clock wise to turn it up, counterclockwise to turn it down.
