need some quick help in the ICD forum...

I dont know if you guys have noticed, but there is a BKO FAQ in the ICD forums, but because it is so long, and takes so long to read, nobody will read, and in turn the same BKO questions are asked over and over...I have compiled a list of all of the questions in the old FAQ with answers, and even some more...can you please delete the old one and replace it with the new...please also do not close the new one, because I will eventually add some more questions and answers over time...
