the e-99 Just another one of Kingmans sear tripping spyders. Give me the reasons why a E-99 will be better than a rainmaker. And what is the obsession of newbs with e-99s they all have them my feild is overrun with newbs with e-99 who think there gun is better than my autococker because it CAN shoot 14BPS, when in reality the newb cant get more than 3 out a second. I would take a rainmaker anyday over ANY blowback

An E99 sucks compared to a Rainmaker. The pneumatics in an RM are so soft, you can stick your finger in the gun and fire, the bolt will just bounce off of your finger. They can not chop. They do mega high BPS stock. Sure, they're heavy and ugly, but noone cares when you can get an electro-cocker for $100. And how the hell would we save money, RM's are typically much cheaper than E99's.

actually the rainmaker is the best marker let out by brass eagle, i think it's equal to the spyders and clones

the rainmaker is actually capable of letting out 14bps.

they're as loud as mechanical spyders

I love the rm its a really good gun 4 a good price n blows away those spyder craps spyder sucks so bad n ever1 puts down be w/ out trrin the rm. If they did they wouls c it kicks *****

yes, i've stuck my finger in my rainmaker's feed neck and fired on full auto (i've got one of the rare 99 select fire boards, but it's got the defective software that enters sleep mode after every shot which effectively limits the bps to 9.6) and it just bounces off. if i had a digital video camara, i'd record it doing that. i'll look around the floor and see if anyone has one.

i have done the following to my rainmaker:

dye sticky grips. oh, they are comfortable.
J&J ceramic barrel, very nice. i have other barrels, but that's my favorite.
MAC mount (attaches to the grip frame to mount the MAC valve and make things much smoother and prettier).
PPS Stabilizer in LAPCO automag vert adapter as foregrip.
Smoking Nun nickel LP fittings.
Gutted and capped stock HP reg (acts as >1 cubic inch volumizer).
Smoking Nun air agitate (helps feed faster)
i've also done some grinding on my carrier and hammer latch, to aid smoother latching. i added a set screw in the carrier to keep the bolt link from sagging when it moves forward. i put a stainless steel screw insert in the front of the hammer to prevent wear from when it hits the valve stem.

i don't have any pics yet, but i'll take some soon.

oh yeah, and it had a decent camo airbrush job from the first guy who owned it.

i bought it on ebay from Fletch19M@aol.com and he tried to rip me off. i paid $175 for it (came with remote, armson barrel, and dye stickies) and he said in the auction that it worked perfectly. i paid, and he said it was in the mail, but 3 months later it still hadn't arrived. i told him i would charge him with mail fraud (because i paid with a postal money order, it's federal mail fraud if he rips me off) and he overnighted it to me. when i got it, it didn't work. still haven't figured out what's wrong, but i hope my recent mods will make it work. don't do business with Fletch19M@aol.com

rainmakers are bad, man Id take a 400 dollar rainmaker over a 400 dollar automag anytime, but thats just me.
