Yeah, its thre stock barrle that comes with the gun. Ur gonna want to buy an aftermarket one tough, to increase performance. They range fomr 20$ to 140$ The best barrel u can buy is the dye boomstick, which is 100, and the second best is the j&j ceramic, for 40. Hope this helps

you forgot the Lapco barrels. These barrels look really nice, and have the best accuracy of any barrel. They go for 50 bucks, but the downside is that they are loud. If you don't mind the noise, go with this one. BUt if you want quietness and accuracy, go with the JJ Cermamic. THey are only aruond 45 dollars, have the accuracy close to a Lapco, and are pretty quiet.

Theyre really loud, and heavy form what ive heard. Also, arent they large bore? Id figure it owuld be hard to find paint for it. I havent shot it, but i know people who have, and they liked the j&j better. I would have gotten it, but i had the extra money, and the boomsitick is a little better, so i bought that one.

The barrel that comes with the gun is a 9 1/2"
barrel.

The barrel I am asking about is the barrel found at

http://www.kingmanusa.com/accessor.htm#Barrels for the Spyder Series

This is a 12" barrel with the same green/black
Splash Anodizing. It sales for $39.95.

I was hoping someone could tell me if this was a good barrel or not.

Has anyone purchased this barrel?
Is it loud or quite?
Will it help the accuracy and distance?

that barrel is pretty like a longer stock barrel. In other words it sux. Save up your money and get something better like a carbon fiber, but if you don't want to spend the money go for the JJ ceramic.

ANY stock barrel is absolute crap..it's a tube with paint on it.. The lapcos are loud, but are not heavey. The JJ Ceramic barrels are quiet, accurate, and extremely light. Get one of thsoe, i think it's one of hte best barrels out there.
