Help! Drop forward length for 98?

What is a good size (in inches) drop forward for a Tippmann 98 custom? I am maiing my own drop forward and need to suggestions on length.

bring the back of the ASA at the least 5 inches mine is

mine is 6in farther foward than stock postion and it feels so percet there like it should betehr form the factory!

i made a homeade d/f i used 7 inches then i dropped it like 2 1/2 inches

get on long big to drop the tank under the gun so that when you shoulder it your gun is as far back as comfortable. mine is homemade so i can get pretty tight into a bunker.

mine is 7' but i wish i kinda woulda went like 5 so i can get a x chamber on there but o well ill just have to modify it if i do decide to get a x chamber

Can you guys give some instructions on what you used for your home made d/f's ?

sure all u need are a piece of steel stock a piece of wood and some screws ill be back tommorrow and ill link a good site so wait till tommorrow i need to find a site be bac k later to help dont go away
