Help w/Velocity and Pressure

I have a dragun sniper and i can't get it to go above 260 on the velocity. I have installed a palmer direct stabilizer and the gauge on it reads 600. The gauge on my sniper reg where the tank screws in also says like 600. I have put a new spring in it too. Any suggestions? I have adjusted both regs and no results. I am using co2, 20oz tank.

Turn the pressure up to 700psi or higher but do not go over 850psi.

which spring kit are you using? i recommend the 32 degrees if you havent already tried it

make sure the rounded end of the spring is against the back of your marker, there's also a circular aluminum piece that goes behind it which makes a big difference - i've heard players complaining about it when they lose it because they think it's insignificant

might sound kind of dumb and you probably already did it but reset your placement screw and try tightening the adjuster

The springs are by Pro Performance......they were color coded. I tried three different ones and they seemed to work a little but it messed up my full auto. Where is the screw at on the dragun's reg to adjust it. I read where it should be in the green, mine is like at 600. Thanks for the replies too. ;)
