View Full Version : What kind of hose for a TL+ and an ACI 6 stage x-chamber?

I tried using the one that originally came with the gun, even though it's too long, but a bend never hurt anything, so I could use the chamber till I picked up a new hose, but it won't screw in all the way. It goes in a little and then gets tough to screw in and I don't want to force it. Plus the o-ring on the hose end won't screw it, it gets stuck on the outside. Do I need to take off the o-ring and put some loctite on the threads of the hose before I screw it in or won't the stock hose work at all?
I'm thinking I'm probably going to need a new hose, but could someone tell me what length most likely and why the stock hose won't work?

Thanks

It should be able to screw just perfectly. If the Hose is to long you might need to loop it. You could get a Macro line kit for like 10 bucks or something and cut the legnth the that you want. I think that if the hose is bent it might restrict air flow..

macro or micro line kits are the best they are easy to work with and they're cheap

If you plan on using SS hose just get a ruler and measure how far it would have to be I believe the shortest length or SS hose is 4 so probably about a 4-5in hose would work.

i would suggest going with macro line its probably the best. in a kit you get three foot and a half peices. that will last your pretty much for a while.
