its very quiet b/c it has alot of porting. the longer lenght you get, the quieter it should be. its one of the quiestest barrels on the market, but all the porting makes it hard to shoot through if you get a break.

They are very quiet and accurate, I saw a kid sitting out in the open so I shot one ball at him and nailed him in the shoulder, he didn't even see me, I was about 50 yards away.

A Smart Parts Freak is 8 barrels in one. So its a better deal than buying 3 good barrels.

Do you know how far 50 yards is? You would have to be lobbing paint like crazy to get a ball that far. Plus, if you did hit him, it probably wouldn't break.

dpes anybodyhere actually own a freak? ive never seen one shoot and i think thier theory is ok but thik for a second.
sure about the first 6 inches is the same size but the rest of the barrel is different. so how can it be more accurate than a good barrel to paint match for the full barrel? im not criticizing but theroizing (sorry im a scientist) like i said ive never seen one shoot. also i could understand how it would be good for closed bolt guns but for open bolt?

It would not be a perfect fit all the way for any 2 piece barrel, and the freak is a 2 piece barrel as well.
