Im pretty sure the Xtra comes with a Side sight rail so i think you cn put the laser sight on the side of the where the site rail is located.

you can buy some laser kit, and put it underneath and attach it to the triggerframe..
they have it at http://www.paintballonline.com

Yes there is a side sight rail. Why do you want to use a laser sight? paintballs dont go accurately enough to really use a sight to any effect. the best way to do it is just use the side of you barrell.

do you look down the side of your gun (or top if possible) to see what you are shooting at? or do you just point and shoot?

if you play in the woods you not going to see that laser dot. and fields will make you take it off. just get a dot sight
