I own a JT Dark Raider.

I am planning to have the following added to my gun:
Remote Setup
AGD Nitrogen Tank w/ Reg (On remote setup with harness)

I was going to take off the expansion chamber, which I was told was useless with nitro, and take off the whole bottom line setup, then screw in my remote where the expansion chamber would be, if that is possible. I don't mind not having a foregrip. I wanted to know what exactly is low pressure. What are the advantages and disadvantages. Also, if a low pressure chamber would help, and if so, how much will I benefit from it. If I get the low pressure chamber alone, will it still be good, without making my gun completely low pressure (Bolt/valva replacements). What drawbacks does a nitro bring on a remote setup? If anyone has this gun, please let me know how to setup a double trigger without replacing the frame.

If you know anything that would help me out, let me know.

Thanks.

your gonna get a flat line nitro tank on a JT (BE) gun? the tank is worth more than the gun. . . well anyway, you wont notice much of a difference with a lpc, it might allow your your gun to recharge SLIGHTLY. advantages of low pressure is more shots per fill off your tank and less pressure will be on the ball = less breaks. a LPC (low pressure chamber) is not going to make your gun low pressure. it wont really do anything that you will notice

Just because the expansion chamber does nothing doesnt mean you should take it off, it would make a really good foregrip for one thing. As for double triggers, you will need to replace the frame because the double trigger will not fit into your triggerguard. An LPC doesnt do very much, but may help a little bit with the recharge rate. Lower pressure will give you less shots per fill, but will also give you less ball breaks, and make your gun quieter

Perhaps I'll get a new gun within the year (Impulse). What would I need to do to make a gun low pressure, other than the LP Chamber, the valve, and the bolt?

Well, on a spyder it will increase shots by a bit, if you set the springs right.

an impulse already has a fairly low opperating pressure, you don't need to put a low pressure chamber on an impulse (i dunno if you even can). and you can run nitro on it stock. if i were you i'd keep the set up on the gun, but it you really like playing remote it'll still work.

Woodstock, are there any disadvantages of having a nitro? Does it decrease the recharge rate or anything minor. Also, how do you make a gun completely low pressure. By the way, I wasn't talking about making the impulse low pressure. =). Just saying what kind of gun I was going to get. If you have another suggestion for a low cost auto, let me know. Also, the Dark Raider doesn't have anything to do with BE. It was designed by Worr Games and Newline, but it is a cheaper type of gun (blowback). I got it for a good deal, and it works well. Except I had to send it in because the bottom line screws wouldn't come off when I wanted to try on my friend's flatline, the one I am buying.

Please respond, and thanks for your help. =)

WHOA - BIG MISTAKE. I meant are there any advantages of having a remote. Sorry about that.

Remotes blow, get tangled, and you have nothing to shoulder.

I just want freedom, without the weight. Maybe if I get a stock, and use a remote with it. Or is that just a waste of money.

I'd rather run an on-gun setup, I wouldn't use a remote if you paid me.

Are field owners banning the USE of full auto, or are they banning the use of a GUN with the full auto capability.
