Howdy guys, hey I am just about to start this great game of paintballing, but I don't have a good gun(mine are plastic cheap guns) so I was wondering what gun should I get?!?! I don't want to spend too much,I am a very cheap person..So I was thinking of getting a gun I could upgrade as my experiance grows because I don't want to buy thre dffrent guns. I was thinkng a Spyder Victor!!?!? (it got good rankings)My price range is about 120 and under, not much to work with I know, but as i said eairler I am a very cheap person. But while I am paying I also don't want to be pointed out and called a nube. So what gun is cheap, upgradable, shoot fast, and isn't a nube's gun?!?!

Thanks Guys

You could go out and look for some old Tippmanns like the Pro-Lites. They are cheap and tough too.

Hey thanks guys thanks fo your input, but I think I am leaning tword a syder still, but since all spyders are pretty much the same execpt the features and excluding electronic ones which spyder should I get around 120? I am still wanting a Spyder Victor, and I don't really want an electric marker because I think they give people a way too big unfair advantages over other people. So my question is what semi spyder around 120 would be a good gun?

i still think you should get an electronic gun like the BD.
if not a Shutter or a Xtra.

Hello,
I would go with an a Tippmann. They are durable and are inexspensive especially used ones. Tippmann Custom 98's are also fairly upgradeable and can be bought new for less than 120 at many online sites. I usually favor spiders--but Tippmanns seem to stay together a lot better.

For a 100 dollars, you could get one of those new Spyder Sports. They look pretty shnazzi. Also I haven't heard anything bad about them.

I know that i said no electronics guns, but you know the esprit is really cheap, like 80 dollars and the victor is only 60 and tippman 98c is 120. So i was thinking its a good value, but I hear the gun is missing somethings of things like a bottom line, low pressure chamber, and it has a composite barrel and trigger. And that it uses a lot of air. Then again its electronic and you remeber the old saying you get what you pay for. And so Now I am at a stale mate and dont know what o get, your ideas are great along with helpful, I hope this helps answer people with the exact question as me:goody:

And for the guy who recomended the spyder sport aren't thoes things plastic? I don't want a plastic gun or "composite" that is my one ify part on buying the Victor when I first saw it, is composite durable? Can it break on you? Thanks Guys:D

Get a Spyder Xtra, they are about 85 or 90, and they are fully upgradable, you can take a look at mine in my sig.

arent all spyders pretty much the same? Is the extra more costly beacuse of the gas thru grip?:eyes: And I don't dont have a lot of cash right now at the moment, so i dont think i could make all those upgarde that you have on your gun hockey freak. but the gun does look sweet. Thanks for all your input guys:)

Thats cool, well most spyders are similar, anyways if you want to get a cheap spyder, i'd get the Agressor XT over the Victor.

I say get the Esprit in black from Paintballgear.com... it's got a bottomline\gas through, it's electro, and it's $120... good price IMO

4+1 & pods $30 I am going to both agree and disagree. I think he should get the vforce and black dragun compact, but if he won't spend over 120 on a marker, there is no way he needs 5 pods an a harness.

Are all these guns that you guys are recomending good right out of the box? Because I want to get to know the marker first mabey play like 2 games all stock parts. Will these guns hold up well in a game( like it won't shoot one ball per second, or it doesnt jam a lot, or it just has terrible accuracy) I know that the esprist all stock isnt that good, but after you upgrade it, its a diffferent story. I hear taht victors and xtras are pretty good stock and so are black draguns. And what if all these guns are good and I can't decide. What should be the flat out thing that makes me go one way than the other? Is it just personal perference?

Thanks guys.:D Keep them coming!
