Hoped it wouldn't be hard.. :( ah well, I'll see if I can convert any other gun's frames (angel, possibly?) to a tribals.. might be kinda fun?

You can, but you need a tub to house the solenoid. They add height to the gun, and are kind of ugly.

you tried? is it possible to make a tub, or..?

should we start a new thread?

Rich @ Fear Factory paintball used to make the tubs for the conversion. You probably want to speak with him about doing it if you are really interested.

Thanks Vayp! I'll message him to ask... this should prove interesting!

The site is down, so I can't get a quote at this moment.. but It's $30 for just a tub, or else send an Angel frame and $30, and he'll connect them for you? I'll quote it when his site comes back up.

I would get in contact before sending it out. He said he was not taking any new work until he gets everything back in order (unless pre approved:D like me). Or you could just get ME262 to do a sickle on your current frame. I have pics of it you would like to see.

You and a few other guys.

Its amazing how much stuff gets lost in the mail in route to Rich or on the way back...

Rich did some work for me a while ago; he didn't re-annodize the part like he said and he over machined the drop, which caused the screws stripped out. Can't say I am too impressed.
