Barrel For BKO!?

I was wondering what a good barrel would be for the BKO?

I was thinkin...

CP one piece
Smart Parts Teardrop
Lapco BigShot
or j and j, two piece

for a single barrel, CP is the way to go, I recommend the .689 unless your feild paint is a different bore.

the cp i piece is a great barrel. also, i've used several smart part progressive barrels with excellent results. i would guess the teardrop is about the same. a buddy of mine just got an all american with a freak (teardrop) front & it seems to be pretty good.

i'm looking for a new barrel too and i was looking into a freak or boomstick....is it worth the money? Or is a CP the best bang for the buck? Any good place to buy in canada?

I looked and had trouble finding a cp 1 piece for an icd. I've heard good about j&j 1 piece ceramics though and pbgear.com has a good price on em.;)

yeah. pretty much. might as well order everything at the same time. I saw the original post in this thread and it was pretty much the same questkion i was gonna ask so I'll just use the answers people provide for him and so far it's mostly support for the cp 1 piece. in looking the net over i found none in ICD threading. But i've heard good about j&j ceramics and figure "hey its cheaper".

out of those four i would go with the cp one piece, a very good barrel for the price
