Drilling the vertical adapter really helps to improve flow. To drill the vertical adapter remove expansion chambers, regulators, the low pressure chamber, and screws of any sort from it. I like to do this job in steps, first use a bit thats just a bit bigger than the stock hole. Drill the hole from the opposite side of where the LPC( or ram air, depending on gun) screws in. That way you don't
have to mess around with threads and perhaps even mess up the threads of the LPC. After enlargening that hole, take the next larger bit and drill it again. Drill the hole with 3 bits, one just larger than the other (finish with a 3/16ths bit).

Am I drilling the hole only for the air going out of the of the VA? What about where the air comes in?

Thanks for all the help, I know I'm kinda slow.

I dont get when you say when the air comes in? You're just making the whole bigger for better airflow.

you said drill in from the side opposite the LP chamber

Lp chamber_ GUN_
---------------
I I
0 O < drill this hole from
0 I opposite side
0 I
I I
----------o-----
bottomline^

^^^^^ what about the hole down below, shouldn't it be bigger?

o = where a hole is. can you understand that?

LoL you got me confused there. You'll see a kinda of a little hile on the other side of the lp chamber (opposite side) all you gotta do is drill it and make it bigger.

I spent 45 frickin miuntes doin that picture and the stupid computer messed it up.......:(

What about the other little hole in my VA? where the CO2 from the bottom line comes in. Should that hole be bigger too?

Thanks,,

I don't got a drill press.

I would be using a electric hand drill. and if I move it wrong it would screw it up. Also I don't think my dad has many drill bits.

I don't know I'll look.

can you list the drill bits I would need? so I can check

I cant remember the ones i used, but just use one slightly larger then the whole and use the next drill bit thats a little bigger than the other and then end with 3/16 drill bit.
