impulse or mag

i am going to play in tourneys as the front man on a 3man team. should i save up for a automag or should i save more and get a impulse? right now i have a spyder se (crap) and my profile says im getting bushy but not yet mayber mag or impyu first, what should i get

an impulse will be a great gun. they are very fast and have many mods coming out. i want to get one! go w/an impulse, gadgit grip, delrin bolt, werm trigger, and maybe a freak and you'll have a very very sweet gun. you can also use co2 to save some cash.
