Has anyone had a chance to use Viewloaders Genesis? I was thinking about buying one, but i dont know how good they are. Does anyone have a suggestion on a good gun, for a reasonable price?

Don't do it get a piranha or rebel or anything else - Viewloader is owned by Brass Eagle - you figure it out

Who cares if brass eagle owns viewloader, it doesnt mean that the viewloader products and markers are bad.

dood.. just everyone stop bashing brass eagle.. i dont like them but its just dumb how every thing you hear about brass eagle you assume is krap.. just stop with it its dumb. if you dont like it keep it to yourself dont discourage newbie from comming to paintball because they think they're gunna get laughed off the field for having a BE gun.. if someone wants a gun let them get it. Because they're gunna be the one shooting it not YOU. i bet 3/4ths of you havent even shot the genisis or saw it in real life. just because BE owns vl it sucks. grow some brains. enough with my ramblings.. My friend has the genisis it shoots okay. Just get a new barrel and its a good beginner gun

Well guys..thanks for answering. I already have a Spyder, but my velocity screw is stripped out. So i was thinking about buying a new gun. But i am undecided on what kind. A couple of buddies of mine have a Rebel, and a 98 Tippmann. I am undecided on what kinda gun to get next for a decent price, that will be able to compete with the rest.

you can goto paintballgear.net and save yourself well over $100 dollars just by buying a thumb adjust velocity screw... ever think of that?

I am going to probably spend some where in the range of 150 to 200 dollars. What is a really good gun for that range for the price i am looking for? to compete with the other guns in my area? thanks

My next gun was a tough move to make. I had a BE Stingray that was tricked out to some extent, it worked ok, but my next move up was either going to be a Shutter or Piranha. I got the Shutter for $207.96 total off Ebay and haven't looked back. As of yet, I have not broken a single ball, and been very pleased with my purchase. I highly reccomend the Shutter. Read my review (Michael Bell) in the review forum. The Shutter will shoot as fast as you can pull the trigger by the way, and all you need is a 9V revy, not like a HALO or anything. It's a good gun and despite what people say, I've been pretty pleased with my stock barrel. Got a J&J ceramic anyway, though I haven't tried it out cuz I haven't found paint to fit.:jester:

Get a rebel the regular rebel by 32 degrees. For u can up grade it BR guns cant upgrade with is not that good but mostly look to see if a gun ahs up grades so if u dont liek the gun when u play u can but upgrades to make it more better. rebel $79-$99 i have the rebel and its pretty damn good easy to clean dismantle and everything.
