i wanted my gun to shoot farther (spyder) so i thought of putting a back spin to the ball by using electrical tape. i turned my velocity all the way and with just with the normal barrel it curved alot (mabe cause of the high velocities) then i put the black electrical tape in the inner bore of the barrel about 1 inch front the begginng of the barrel and it shot perfectly straight. i think that ima keep the black tape in there. i play outlaw paintball and i like to keep my velocities high and with out it curving. i am happy with the tape. im wondering if any of you guys done this? and what were your results? mabe it was just a lucky day or something else

If you want to put backspin on the ball, get an ipb undertow bolt. I'm pretty sure they make them for spyders.

wouldnt i lose efficiency? i think the electrical tape thing would be better and cheaper

when i put the tape in the front yes, well mabe it just my barrel. but when i only put the tape only in the back, no. lemme know what happens
