98 velocity question

When my 98 custom was stock it usually wouldn't shoot above 260 fps. I ordered a bigshot stainless barrel and airtipps rva and maddman springs. I will use the strongest spring but my question is with the springs doing a lot of work will the blowback co2 have enough force to recock it after each shot?

it shouldnt have an effect you may have to adjust velocity with oyu screw some but thats all
