"Aliens Rage" 24 hour Scenario (Edmonton)

Aliens Rage,
On August 18 Alien Spaceship carry one hundred Warriors and their Queen will crash at Grunts Paintball Adventure in Villeneuve Alberta 15 min Northwest of Edmonton. 100 Of the Marines elite will being dispatched to save the planet from eminent Destruction and only have 24 hours to do it.


This will be a full Blown 24 hour Scenario and is being designed to be as real as possible. So if you are interested in being apart of this call Grunts at 780-939-3010 or visit the web site at Grunts.ca or email myself at odie2@telusplanet.net

I know it's short notice but my dream would be to have everyone registered prior to the big day And we can make up even teams and send out Game packed and missions, so as to limit the amount of confusion at the beginning.

The game will be scheduled like this:

August 18 9:00am signin and Breifing.

Start missions at 12:00pm - 5:00pm have a supper and rest Break as well as Re Chrono to 250 for night play then resume at 8:00pm-4:00am Seize fire till 8:00am For final set till 12:00pm the team with the most points wins.
Or
if we can get enough die hards that register we will have it go for full 24 hours no breaks except you will have to win rations and sack time. tell me what you think, nothing is written in stone I would love to here any Ideas!!!



With the help of a lot of people( you know who you are) This game is turning out to be more than I could have imagined and dream it could be. The gentleman that owns Grunt Paintball Adventure Scott Collacutt also has a very impressive Surplus store and has opened his doors and is willing to use whatever it takes to make this the most real and Frankly the most believable scenario game I will ever be a part of.

Now comes the easy part getting people Right!!!!!



Pricing will be as follows:

Pre register:
$30.00 with own equipment.

$40.00 without which includes Marker, Mask, Camo

$50.00 walk on Saturday Morning

$25 after Midnight of the 18th

These prices will all include 3 squares meals, a cot to sleep in, and a chance to win 1 of 4 Markers and other various prizes.

Basically all you will have to bring is a sleeping bag (only if you want, The tents will be heated) and Cash!!!!!

Don’t worry about clothing. There will be camo for everyone and each team will be different so No arm bands Ya!!!!! Just make sure when you register you tell them your size

Paint will be $100.00/ case and it will more than likely be Bigball

There will be a airsmith on site.

Dude I live in Calgary. Only 2 shops, M.R. paintball and Capture the Flag. I haven't seen reds brand in any of their shops.. pretty unprofessional.. I suggest you check out Edmonton.

I'm confused do you want to buy a redz Harness??? if so or any harness if you want any harness goto Wally world or Ukranian Tire and crab a B.E. cheapy or badlands.ca has c.o.d. and you can get stuff within the week but if you want other brands Call Scott At Paintball Action Games in Edmonton and he'll send you one up or have it ready when you get here I think he has in stack JT Slam Packs for around $65.00 or find something else and he'll order it in they are the fastest and best place to buy stuff in Northern Alberta FOR SURE!!!!
The best thing is if, they don't think you need it they talk you out of buying it hahahaha that's a first Right. ! they are honest good prices and they wont screw you. Call them if you want 1-877-422-3300 toll free or 1-780-469-0882 tell them I sent you. and if you can't find what you want make sure you get there a day early and on your way into the city stop off at Cel Surplus and get your self one of thousands of army Harness they would work just fine and If I know scott he would let you use it for the game.

If that what you looking for don't buy's redz, they are a great product however you definetly pay a little more for the name Jt SLams are 4H and have a removable lumbar support which is great if your a little portly LOL!!! they also have a wide band like the redz do. with a little pocket in the front for your plug, squeeges hope this helps oh ya don't bother with the speed pods just get 3 fat boys pods and they work much better than the regular pods.

depending on the configeration I think 5 and 6's are abit overkill but hey one of my guy's could have a 20 pack and he'd still run out of paint heheh!! Strange but true!!!

i read the post on albertapaintball.com and i didn’t like kazoo comments either, comments like that can stop some one from signing up and joining.

i suggest you put all the extras like, night vision equipment , the tanks/transports ect... that would make people look over the negative comments.

All I can say to the guys at AP is look at this site and then look at their own. Yeah sure there are other members of that site that aren't tourney players, but they're obviously scared to post cause of the bashing they will have to take... which was exactly what happened to us. I've posted 4 times on that site.. I either get nothing or critisism.

At least people can come to this site and ask "what is an angel" and not get stomped on.

What really surprises me is Scott and Dale the Owners of Paintball Action Games pro shop and field are 2 of the nicest, honest guy's in this business and for there team to be doing all the Smack talk is Surprising.

But I suppose there protecting there home field, friends and their Business. but what they don't know is Dale is supplying the prizes and has wished us well in our project He's has the best field in town hell and he's not threatined at all. not only that the 2 places are world apart as far as design so chances are if you are strictly a sup/air/ speed freak you probably would not like Scotts but if you like Woods Games your Gonna LOVE IT.

but we have a flyer made up that I can send you if you wanna throw it up in all of your 2 proshops. hehehe

The angel air is a regular high pressure nitro system with a digital/electronic regulator. From what I have heard it still is not as good as most other air systems. And for the price you pay for it, it is definatley not worth it.

Also about posting those fliers in our 2 proshops...I asked MR today if I could post it and he said no because he is in competition with grunts up north there. He said that he supplys 3 fields up there and since they are in competition with grunts he was in competition with grunts. So, we will stick it up and the other joint. They will let us, especially if we tell them that MR said we couldn't...hehehehe.

i just bought a pure energy 48ci 3000psi tank, and possibly a redz 2.1 with comfort belt, alien rage is going to be good.

now ill be the fat guy with nitro and a redz harness :laugh:

They upped the price, well, sort of... what Odie told was unofficial or something. Since they own the field they reserve the right to up the price. We think its a drag too.. I mean, in essence they are saying that the cost of renting gear is only $5... which is BS IMO.

But then I think... do I really care? $35 is not the end of the world, and it will be more then worth it :)
