I have a rocket valve so I never really took the time too mess around with my old valve to see if the below scenario is true.

A stock black dragun was taken apart and cleaned. When it was put back together the thing started rapid firing.

The only thing that popped into my head was adjust the sear since his input pressure was good.

He took it apart and found that he installed the valve pin with the flat part facing down instead of up. However he also reset the sear. Then re-gassed up his marker and it worked perfect.

My question is can the valve pin being put in wrong cause that problem or was it the sear. I have being tempted to try this but I have so many mods and I am LP so it would just be to much work to go to stock just to see if an upside down valve pin can cause rapid firing.

What do you guys think ???

no the flat side wont cause rapid firing. Thats y valve pin modification tell to to make both sides of the pin flat.
