What are the good and bad points of old tippmann pumps and rifles like the pro-lite, mini lite, etc? My friend has an old pro lite he wants to sell me, i dont know if its worth it or not

My friend's dad has like 10 SL-68 II's. Most of em actually still work. I've never used em cause I have a M98 but my friends that have like them enough.

prolites arent old etheir:eyes: but whatever. i thought you ment like anchient tippys, the smgs and such. well anyways, the worst part about old tippys are the triggers, those hurt your finger, and its hard to get a high rate of fire, but thats nothing that a welder cant fix

prolights are the same as the procarbine, i don't know why they stoped making them.

Well back to if you should buy it:

I would say no...
Depending on the price too...
Go on ebay, search for a tippmann 98 custom, they sell those packs on ebay for about 150, which comes with everything you need!

So, go on ebay, compare the deals with what your friend would give you... and try xpaintball.com and see what's going on with the deals they run at the time...
