I have a 2000 cocker that is in great shape. It has been used like 10 times since I bought it. I put an aka lightining bolt in it for lp and I bought a boomstick barrel. With all that included, How much could I get for my gun if I sold it? I was thinking around $350-400 give or take? Can someone give me a reasonable price so I don't get ripped off.

Also I am planing on buying the F/X sleeper cocker with the money I get from the gun. So how is this gun?

Thanks soo much.

Since I have no experiance with cockers i couldnt tell you. But i would suggest putting it up for sale on the buy/sell forum and see how much someone will pay. I also sold my flatline on ebay for 115 to some sucker so there is another option. I hope I have been helpfull.

I apologies for writing another post but I would like to say that the f/x sleeper is an very nice choice. I have shot my friends and it shot beautifully. I am sorry again.

depends on who you find to buy it, on average i have seen cocker like yours (pretty much stock) going for about $300-$350 i dont think you are going to get $400 for it though, unless you find someone with alot of money that doesnt know any better. . .

your best bet is to put it on Ebay! I sold some stuff there for more then what i got it for. People are crazy!!! but hey, it works for me.

two dollars would be asking too much. Cockers suck! A sling shot would have the same effect! Sorry to vent on you, man, but I hate cockers. I bought one and wished to god I hadn't. I sold it for a tiny bit less than I payed, and went right back to my Piranha. I call it the E-FISH. It is ten times cheaper and twenty times better than any cocker. I simply up graded it with good air and an e trigger. Now I have a marker that will stand toe to toe with the high end electros insted of a sucocker! They are slow lame semis with no balls IMO!

That was the ***est post Ive ever seen on here.

Cockers suck,,,thats riiiiight, all the pro teams DO play with pirhanas and NOT cockers, angels, mags etc. I forgot. Maybe you didnt know how to use it. You prob used it once and didnt like the trigger and sold it. So, you went and got a E frame so you can shoot hundreds of balls in seconds. Gotcha!!!

I think 300 bucks is a little cheap. Id say you should be able to get about 350+ for it.

It was cool looking, but I didn't like the way it performed you are absolutly right. I got an e trigger to shoot hundreds of shots a second. That's the way I like to play. A lot of pro teams do use cockers, but a lot also use angels, electro is not a bad thing. I prefer electro. Sorry if you disagree with my opinion. For now my piranha will do just fine, cockers are an image thing. My piranha was as good as any cocker before the electro upgrade, but no pro team would be caught dead using such a low end gun. Too many people let peer presure get to them and make their decisions based on that. I won't use a cocker because some pro does, but I would use a cocker if I liked them. I like angles, I think they are the sweetest looking guns out right now, but to each his own I hope.

no, there is a different reasons pros dont use piranhas...
some pros use pumps (sniper IIs) but not piranhas, the thing is, slap on your friggin e - trigger (also called an ELCD or Hyperframe by those who know a little).. you'll still max out at the piranhas BPS rate, which is only like, what.. 6 bps?.. Sorry, a cocker can go what, 13, 15.. (a good timed one w/ a trigger job anyway), so no, you can NOT stand toe to toe to a cocker and have your gun perform better. i agree with what was said earlier, you probably got one, never got it timed, didnt learn the trigger, and sold it. When i got my cocker, i chopped like hell until a) i learned the trigger, and b.) i put a revvy on it. now im shootin 8 bps easy and have maxed at about 10 (no trigger job yet, and im still learning the trigger). im sick of morons who think their blowback is better than a cocker. THEY JUST ARENT, stop looking like a ******* for tryin to defend your precious elcd-piranha.

If I had the cash and time to invest in a cocker I would get one imediately. I've shot one once, and it was so cool. But since I have neither right now I will have to deal with my impy. :)

I would say figure out how much you paid for everything, and then half that. Drop that price by like $50 and make that your starting price. Then add on $50 or $75 to the halved price and make that the buy it now price. That is how I sold my rebel. Good luck.
