Ok, ive been here long enough to know that you guys dont like personal or upgrade threads, but i have to know what to get, because i got the money but i have to get the stuff now. Everything i want to get is in the signature. Everything will be red because i want to get a paintjob of flames, which brings up the fact that if anybody does good paintjobs, post it. I also left out the vertical adaptor, which you need for the regulator. I am probably going to get the regulator from www.tippmann.com. So, please tell me what you think?

P.S. people i talk to say to get a new gun, but the 98c is so upgradeable, durable, and has the flatline barrel. So dont post to get a new gun, unless you really, really, think i should get a new one. Plus, im tippy loyal.

THanks redhaze but no can do, if i go for the ebolt, which is listed on my soon to come list, i cant get the lp kit. and im not gonna buy the whole kit and then not use the rear cocking system, so i cant get the lp kit. So, do you think anything else has to be changed?
Anybody? Somebody?

I don't like you or this thread, but I'm going to help you anyways, just cause I'm a ......nice guy, except to you.;) A word of advice, why get a reg from tippmann.com? Go for a BL Torpedo or even a Palmer, if you're willing to spend that much.

to use the lp kit dont you need the valve that comes in the kit?

Natural Newbie
05-02-2003, 11:33 AM
You just modify your stock valve. It's simple.

Ok... So there was a tippy with antichop eye. Props to you:) But still, post count means nothing, I have seen spamers with high post counts, and I know ppl that have only a few posts that know more than most other ppl. NaturalNewb, you do seem to be helpfull most of the time, but you do have your moments...

Since this was the last thing posted related to the subject, ill reply to this:
So basically you guys have been tellin me everything soon to come is good, however... I should get a t-fitting va, so i can get a regulator and a lp chamber or volumizer.
My question is, is an lp chamber or volumizer really worth it?

Natural Newbie
05-02-2003, 02:43 PM
At high rates of fire, yes.

98customcrazy
05-03-2003, 10:42 AM
Where can i find these volumizers or lp chambers that fit into the t-fitting. Please need help soon. Post a site directly to the item, not a site that i have to go to and then have to search for it.
P.S. See if you can find it in red, if not, still post the site

How about I do the work for you? Or NOT!

www.countypaintball.com

Find it! If you think everyone is going to hand you everything on a silver platter, think again.

98customcrazy
05-03-2003, 12:24 PM
I already tried there. There is nothing to fit the little t-fitting. Now, can someone be nice and help.

Natural newb, you dont have be so rude:rolleyes:

Natural Newbie

Actually the LP chamber county carries FOR the model 98 fits the VA with the T fitting. The T fitting has a male 1/8" NPT, and the threading on the LP chamber is female 1/8" NPT. As for colors, the only color you can buy it in is black. If you want it a different color you will have to send it out somewhere for it to get re anodized the color you want it.

I dont know what you are talkin about. The only things i can find for the tippmann 98 is two regulators and and expansion chamber that goes on the foregrip. Could you please post the site or a picture.

You know, other people besides natural newbie are welcome to post something

I would like anyone to post a picture or a site directly of a low pressure chamber or volumizer. I cant find them anywhere. Please, nobody post a picture of a regulator:rolleyes:.

98customcrazy
05-03-2003, 05:37 PM
NO, I dont. Reread my last post i want to see a pic, or go to a site directly of a volumizer or low pressure chamber. Im talkin about a volumizer or lp chamber that goes into the t-fitting, not a regulator

how about you buy the lp kit... and just sell the rear cocking stuff..?

its true, we all know red haze as a pricer. Now, how much for just the cocking parts, red haze. By the way, who would want just the cocking parts?

-=ReD-hAzE=-
05-03-2003, 06:10 PM
stick it on ebay... you could probably get $20 easy... maybe even $30...

98customcrazy
05-03-2003, 06:17 PM
119-30=$89, Now, a vertical adaptor with t-fitting=20, plus a lp chamber or volumizer=around 50. 89>70. It would still be better to buy a va w/t-fitting and an lp chamber, rather than sell the rear parts. So, where is a lp chamber or volumizer. We're back to this again:rolleyes:

-=ReD-hAzE=-
05-03-2003, 06:28 PM
how about... worry about it when its actually a problem..?

when you actually lay down $250 for the e-bolt... loosing a little bit on the side getting the lp kit isn't much...

98customcrazy
05-03-2003, 06:48 PM
YOu know what, screw all this. Im just getting a vertical adaptor w/out the t-fitting and a regulator. thats all. If everything else on my soon to come list is good, then ill be on my way

I just looked on countypaintball, seems he took the LP chamber off his site. Try calling or emailing TIppmann. I'm sure they will sell you one.
