I bought a flatline a fews days ago. I'm using marbs (which I heard were good) and when I shoot close range its great but past 70ft the ball takes off like a plane. It just takes a big curve upwards. Is there any adjustments that could fix this?

that is how the barrel is supposed to work

Well its not no little curve. I mean it goes like way up like 20ft-25ft up. That just does'nt seem right to me. Thanks for your reply.

1. are you shooting fast, flat lines can olny shoot about 3-5 bps or they will start poping like know tomorrow.
2What paint are you useing? they work best w/small-medium bore paint.
3.Is you adaptor in all the way? Twist it in ward till it doesn't want to go in any more then line it up with the line in the body(were the body comes apart) make it perfectly parrallel.
4.Put shroud and barrel back on and loosen the screw holding the barrel in place till you can twist it, then tweek it till it shoots the way you want to, make sure the barrel is in the adaptor all the way or it will olny spray paint every were.
5.Keep velocity below 280, thats best for flatlines.

Yeah it never levels out just keeps on going up. I'm using marbs and I've done all those things you've said with the adapter. I guess I'll try again. Thanks for the help.

Yeh no problem. I had the same problems with mine, you just have to mess with it untill it works. Unfortunatly I had to figure it out on my own cuz I didn't know about this sight when I got it.

I had the same problem when i first got mine so i turned the velocity down and played around with how the barrel goes in and now it works fine

Try loosening the pinch bolt and rotating it right or left. If that doesnt work, then turn the velocity down.

Mine never had that happen until at least 140feet, it definitely sounds like your velocity is too high, this would, I think, accentuate the backspin effect that the flatline has and therefore cause a far more dramatic curve upwards much sooner than at slower velocities. I thought that up in a hurry so it might be out in left field but, ya never know.
