WHAT SIZE PAINT

I have a mag with a Lapco Autospirit. What size paintball and what kind of paintballs are best for the Autospirit? If you know of any site that show the sizes of paint what are they.

STEEL is a good small paint, but it maybe a little too small for an Autospirit.
