im gettin a new barrel soon and i wanna know which is the best out there. i'll be playin woodsball so i want freeky deeky range and accuracy. which barrel would be the best for this? any personal experiences? thats the tippmann a-5 with RT

100 bucks is all i'll pay. none of this buying-a-whole-arsenal-of-metal-tubes-just-to-realize-all-you-need-is-one freak barrel kit communistic rip-off.

A-5 flatline is a complete new barrel compared to the 98c.


Go flatline..sweet accuracy and distance.

You don't need a Flatline. A DYE Ultralite, Powerlyte Speedline, or JT 2-piece will get you better accuracy at close range than a Flatline, and at the extreme distances the Flatline reaches, the balls are either travelling too slow to break, or the balls are being thrown off by the wind so much that you have a ten foot spread. Yes, I'm exaggerating with a 10-foot spread, but it's pretty bad.

I have a Lapco Bigshot for my 5ums. its pretty damn sweet. i recomend it to any one with an A5 it really works great. It works just the same as my friends boomy and he spent 50 bucks more. or go with the flatline i havent tried the A5 flatline yet but i hear its off the heazy.
