if i wanted to run nitrogen on my bob long millenium, what would i need to buy for it? also would i want to leave the epansion chamber and low pressure chamber on?
secondly if i decide to stay with co2, would it be beneficial to get a regulator even though i already have an expansion chamber?

If you go nitro, it is a good idea to get an inline reg. You will ditch the expantion chamber.
If you stay co2, get a inline reg and a anti siphon tube. You will not need the x-chamber any more either.

What exactly is an inline regulator? Is it like the things on cockers that look like x-chambers with regs on them?

They are the regulators that screw into the verticle ASA's(the same place expansion chambers go).
