The BKO bodies with the chopped off upper tube and without the diamond milling are new right? So like both the BKO with diamonds and the BKO without diamonds are both 2003's but just with different milling? Thanks.

Yes
1st=2k2 BKO-Oval Milling capped at bps. And no serial numbers.
2nd=2k3 BKO Diamond Milling,new grip frame, capped at 20 bps i believe
3rd=2k3 BKO NO Milling,Low Rise, New Grip Frame and capped at 20.
I have the Diamond.

There might be a change to the board and software on the un-milled BKOs.
My diamond milled BKO has "Rev 2" on the board. My un-milled BKO has "Rev 3" on it and a small chip is missing.
